Be honest. Do some people want to see Bute lose to Froch for Wards credit?

Both are much more proven.

If you think ward easily beats dawson you rate him much higher than I do.

 

Bute deserve respect for fighting Froch abroad as Bute is the champion. I don't see Ward fighting abroad. I hope Bute will defeat both, Froch and Ward.

 

I was refearing to the losses Pac suffered very early in his career, not his three bouts with Marques.

I'll suggest another way to look at it. Kessler has suffered injuries often in his career, but has still been able to win against all opponents save Calzaghe and Ward. And it was only against Ward he was made to look stupid. He has double vision against Froch as well, but still won. This is why I am reluctant to downplay Wards win over Kessler, even though I dislike Ward and bash him every time see an opportunity.

If you think Froch is overrared, then I guess thats fine. Boxing is subjective to an extent after all.

Why is this relevant? Ward is better than Froch and would have won on other venues as well. There was no robbery involved. Must Ward fight abroud to be rated?

Yes, I really do. . . People are already justifying Ward not fighting Bute. . . I wouldn't put past some of these "boxing fans" (really just fans of CERTAIN boxers), to want Forch to shatter Bute, so they can say "damn, see how good Ward is". . .

Cause they know Bute is coming for him! ANd they'd rather justify Ward NOT fighting Bute - and this would kill two birds with one stone - give Ward all the more credit, AND relieve them from supporting Ward's ducking.

 

If Buté make an equal or better performance in Froch's home, and if Ward decide to move for Dawson, he will create a big doubt in the boxing world.
With Buté's fanbase, Buté-Ward can generate much money than Dawson-Ward and create a big event in the 168 division with 2 true smw; If Ward-Dawson happens, great chances that Dawson has to go at 168, so, it's an advantage for Ward.

As I said, you rate ward higher than i. I don't think anyone easily beats dawson at lhw.

 

Anyone who would favor Bute in a Ward-Bute match at this moment, must be out of his mind.

Ward is an established, proven boxer, whereas Bute has not yet proved himself. Everything points to Ward dominating him.

Anyway.. Allan Green looked like a very good fighter, he had all the physical intangibles you look for, he was also good at delivering his punches.. His shitty corner and his low ring IQ ruined it for him.

People would LOVE to see Bute lose to Froch. Anyone who denies this, while being a Ward fan is full of ****.

Froch has yet to even beat a Top 3 SMW. Bute has. I'm expecting a good fight that Bute wins convincingly, as long as he doesn't get jobbed in Nottingham.

 

Enough with this "Has yet to beat a top 3 SMW", the rankings are skewed and not particularly to the point all the time.

The fact is, Froch resume is much much deeper than Butes, and his level of opposition is maginficent, Bute's not so much.

But they're fighting and this will be by far Butes biggest test.
