its a 50/50 fight in the sense that neither guy can make as much as they can without the other guy....but its not a true 50/50 fight....you were already trying to make excuses when this idea was brought up "but its not just floyd the people are paying to see"....this is a legit/fair idea....and you were trying to say it wasnt...because you know the side you support in this would probably not come out with a favorable report

 

The stars in the main event sell PPV...No casual sports fan is paying 60 bucks to watch a Mexican slaughter a bum or a has been. They're paying to watch Floyd/Manny

this proposal by schaeffer is to fish for evidence that arum intentionally underreported all arum/pac revenues so arum don't have to share as much to gbp under their co-promotional deal with pac. i don't know if it's still ongoing, but gbp accused and sued arum/tr for 10mil on that charge.

arum is no fool, it ain't going to happen. he's not going to let gbp look into his books.

 

easy to say that its not all about the money when we arent going to see it...its all about these guys squeezing every dollar out of their brand in careers that are fleeting

sure both guys can make healthy checks against other guys with much smaller risks....but both guys are going to view the other guy as a big threat to their future earning potential.....so youve got to fight for every dollar you can get....unfortunately thats where we are in society today.....everyone wants what they are worth

you dont sell a house, or anything, to a guy if hes willing to pay more.....you dont sell something if you think its worth more than what hes willing to pay....

This is really the only fair way to do it. No superfights between two PPV guys are ever split 50/50 anyways.

That's almost like saying Tyson's numbers aren't really his numbers because there was Tito Trinidad and Julio Chavez sr on his undercards.

Pac has done great numbers as well, and fought more. This is the only way to do it.
