This isn't 'too close to call' at all. Lee can shoot Chavez in the face and he will still lose a UD!

Andy's going to close the show early, ladies and gents. Junior will be weakened by last minute weight loss (and other problems), and will suck up Andy's shots from long range....all night long.

Nice of him to put a target over his liver for Jr. I think that will come back to haunt him. As much as I've ragged on Jr in the past I just don't see Lee as the guy to beat him.

Bobby's back stage string-pulling act is a tough to beat. I agree...that's gonna make Junior a high hurdle to clear (on the cards, at least). But let's not forget, Andy is riding into town with this gunslinger by his side...

always count on kronk, unless it's jonathan banks, nah just kidding. I really trust andy lee to bring home a decision. he's stepped up his boxing skills and has mellowed out since the mcewan fight. he's going into the fight with the superior boxing skills, and he should use that to offset chavez jr.'s superior inside game.

Junior is an overrated little fella...

Let's not forget that he barely got past mediocre Zbik. Also, the Rubio scorecards were unrealistically one-sided...if only Rubio had a punch, then Junior would have needed stitches (many).

Andy Lee can punch a bit. He's got the reach and he's got the combination punching ability. He's not gonna be psyched out in Texas...Arum/WBC/Chavez territory just doesn't faze Andy.

I think Andy Lee wins this one. It will be close and competitive, but I think Lee is the better all around boxer and Chavez won't have the physical advantages he usually holds over most opponents because Andy is a physically big middleweight.

    Psyched for this fight!

    WAR LEE!!

At a disadvantage fighting a light heavyweight and possibly dodgy judges but he could still pull it off. Fight smart, keep Chavez on the outside as much as possible. Needs a KO to be absolutely certain.
