    I think if Arum wasnt in the picture the fight wouldve happened already. Why? Because Pac doesn't have the ego and he just goes along with what people tell him. Pac dont play those type of games, but Arum does. Mayweather feels he is in the spot that Oscar used to be, and he is. He is making the most money. But I know Pac would accept the 40 mil guarantee if Arum wasnt in the picture without a doubt on the basis that he is a humble guy, i believe.
