The Coatbridge brigade KO1 Millwall fans. I remember I was a young gun at the Burns vs Arthur fight, about 15 years old sitting amongst the Coatbrig fans. It was the start of the night and a gentleman approached another upon his arrival. "What the **** are you doin here ya ****in grass?" then proceeded to stick the nut on him.
I am genuinely worried about this. As the author said I can see a lot of trouble and the press jumping on the bandwagon what with all the bad PR it has already received. Does anyone know what the numbers of security/old bill will be on the day? Similar to a West ham game?
Whichever of you ****s are coming down to London, let's have it! [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afTviKa8biM[/ame]
Civil war in Upton Park, Like this but far worse.. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQc7pDJgELM[/ame]
I doubt there will be as many Police as on a high level West Ham match day from a sheer monetary point of view.
theres always threads like this on here, but you never read in the press about hooligan troubles at boxing, does it actually happen properly all that much or is it all just danny dyer things are gon get pwopa nawtie gon kick rite off innit fella but nothings actually happening nonsense?
Boxing is such a minority sport that there isnt really much to be gained on reporting on the violence as compared say to any saturday night out. With football fans it attracts attention and seels paper, perhaps attracting the partisan nature of football fans and the anti football fan prejudice some still hold. I dont frequent boxing shows to be able to comment on the level of violence that there is or isnt so you might want to take my comments witha pinch of salt, but I think it offers an explanation. Who would give a flying about a ruckus at a leisure centre in Barnsley?
