Was hoping it would start earlier than that with Sky's involvement and the fact that Epix shouldn't provide too much pressure to delay it. I thought it contractually had to be underway by midnight. I have a feeling this could end up being delayed further now.

Lol, I realise that thst sounds contradictory but in my experience when a promoter says that a fight is due to start "around" a certain time, that means that it will prob start later than the stated time.

Wasn't it delayed by a couple of hours last time Froch fought in Nottingham?

I was just wandering whether it was actually contractually to start by midnight(seems a bit weird for that to be in a contract and this was stated before Sky were involved) or whether this was just a rumour.
