Choc won't rematch him so how can he? Choc only rematches fighters he convincingly beat Soliman or unskilled fighters who got lucky Wood. Surely the ducking of Trout has convinced you he's done.

Those poor fools who long ago hitched their wagon to Mundine's balls nowadays try to claim that Mundine is having a lend of us all. What a load of ****. He's not Borat - he is a delusional egomaniac. You should have realised this when the media caught him at the airport after returning from Germany and in reference to the man who had just KO'd him for 5 minutes said: "He's got nothing!" and then literally ran away from the cameras.

This could only come from a man whose ego refuses to face reality. A man who wants to believe that he is more than he is. He's not Andy Kaufman, a real life troll, he's a guy who can't come to terms with his actual place in the sporting hierarchy - be it League or Boxing - and so he frames his career with conspiracies and misfortunes to explain why he has never risen to the heights that he claims he belongs.

    100% agree with Duke.

I feel an acute sadness everytime I see Mundine in the media spouting the same nonsense. His performance on fox sports' the other night was awful. His body language and tone made it obvious that even he doesn't believe his own mutterings anymore, yet it's the default setting unfortunately. The walls are closing in rapidly and he simply doesn't know which way to go anymore, so the call-outs become more obscene (as if it were possible, but oh yes it is!) to counteract his settling irrelevancy. Trout was the last vestige of a never-really-was hope on the long journey of 'proving' himself in the US but now that's gone and unfortunately there isn't anything left.
At the very least a loss to Trout would have given him the chance to go out on his shield and people (or 'haters') like me would at least let him retire in peace because any regular boxing fan is sick to death of Anthony.

    But now......it's open season.

Mundine is a Ko waitng to happen- He is slower than before and his legs are not there!

So if he is on the slide, why not take a big money fight with green? That would be his best choice! win or lose he make sa lot of money-

To be honest, no one is going to pay Bumdine fighting bums anymore. Tihs is the end for bumdine!:hi:

No reason at all why he shouldn't take a fight with Green. If I was him I would, nothing else left for him and you're right it would make him money. I was more or less speaking on his delusional ramblings as it relates to the way he might like to be remembered, which would have been slightly different had he fought and subsequently lost to Trout rather than speak in tongues about fighting Floyd Mayweather or whatever other fantasy he has concocted that week.
