Canelo must be effective early and not gas in the later rounds

If Canelo doesn't win 4 of the first 6 rounds, he will be in trouble.

If he doesn't have any power, he is also in big trouble. Paul is going to swarm him and Canelo is going to have to keep him off is ass for 12 full rounds.

Unless he lands one big shot early, it's going to be a long, tough night - win or lose.

Yeah, tell us why? Lets see, Mosley, wow a 40+ years old that hasn't won a fight in three years and has being beat up bad by Floyd and Pacquio, a WW from England that was not even ranked at 154, still he fought for the Belt, a JWW Gomez not ranked and a past prime Cintron that was at his best at 147, coming from a Molina's beat down, unless your sentence is a sarcasm, I don't see how can you call canelo's resume good, don't take me wrong it is good for a prospect but not for a guy that's being a 'Champ' over a year...

I think you may be confusing good with great. His resume places him in the top 5 in his division.

I hope it happens, it's a fan friendly fight and Williams would be a nice stepping stone, so Canelo can move to better things. Still a better test for the ginger than Kirkland the china chinned chump.

His resume is simply excellent, probably the best in the world...for a fighter of his age, that is.

i had pbf at +200 for decision and in the ninth round i was seriously wondering if mosely was going to make it through the fight. i remember this because i had money on the fight as opposed to the majority of people who here that dont(i believe 75 percent of the people here would be bankrupt if they bet boxing).

mosely himself has said that he forgot three rounds after he was knocked down by paq.

look at the end of the canelo/mosely fight. mosely was still fighting at the end and when the bell rang in the 12th, canelo slumped over as if he was relieved when it was over.

do you have video of mosely "wanting to stop the Damn fight against Canelo?"

because there is plenty of youtube video out there where mosely was begging naz to stop the fight against paq in which naz demanded that he fight onward. that he was cut from a different cloth.

I remember this because i bet on boxing as opposed to just talking about it.

the only thing canelo proved in this fight is that he didnt panic when he got cut.

now about that video of mosely begging to stop the fight with canelo. do you have something or are you just like the 75 percent of esb bloggers that talk when the should be listening.

  15. Well... more than 4 years ago, Canelo was 18-0-1 and had just won the WBA Fedecentro WW title.

Maybe not the baby-cheeked high school kid you are picturing... but I get your point.
