Damn! Can't wait for this one...if Canelo steps up that will be a big risk...even though Paul isn't what he use to be....he's stlll dangerous for Alverez. I would go out on a limb and say Paul steps up and takes it.

Who wouldn't be afraid of Kirkland after that fight?

He was getting his socks boxed off of him and was on his way to lose a wide decission, yet somehow managed to win by an extremely sketchy DQ.

if mosely wanted to stop he wouldve. and if nady had actually heard this then it wouldve been his responsibility to stop the fight as a ref.

when a corner or fighter wants a fight stopped and informs the ref as such...the fight is stopped. there is no grey area.

also, mosely threw 65, 55, 69 and 77 punches in rounds 9-12 against canelo.

    against paq mosely threw 30, 22, 13, 25 and

against pbf mosely threw 45, 40, 41 and 49, this coming off one of moselys best wins against margarito.

obviously mosely had more left in the tank against canelo than the 147's.

doesnt make a great case for canelo on the face of it. if you're going to gamble on fights, 90 percent of the information and posters here on the esb forums are detrimental to your bankroll. a fighter doesnt "want the damn fight stopped" and proceed to throw more punches in rounds 11 and 12 than he did in either of the previous 10 rounds.

Excellent fight!!! Way better than the inevitable 1st or 2nd round KO win for Canelo vs glass jawed Kirkland. I was pissed they were fighting another no hoper in Kirkland but Williams is a very stiff test for Canelo. His chin and workrate make this a close to even fight imo. Williams also has nothing to lose and everything to gain, stylistically he has a lot of advantages over Canelo. GBP have miscalculate this one big time, they must think P-Dubs punch resistance is totally gone or that Canelo's just on another level. If the odds are good I'm throwing big wad of cash down on my nugga P-Dub. Canelo's fighting in spurts is a bad clash with Williams non stop output. WAR P-DUB!!! Hope this happens.

**** that. It probably has more to do with Kirkland's injury. Canelo wants to fight on Mexican Indpendece weekend and Kirkland might not be ready by then.

Seriously? This is a good fight. And Williams chin isn't add bad as advertised. Lara is a big hirer and couldn't Getty him out.
