No they aren't...the guarantee's are expenditures.

Your trying to say I'm using the fight itself to make a comparison to what they deserve. I'm not doing that.

I'm simply showing you the numbers and telling you, based off of these numbers, we can come to a logical number, in this case $105,000,0000 off what the TOTAL would be.:deal

So again, a logical number and one that will probably be used in negotiations is $105,000,000. Of that $105,000,000, Manny will rake in $40,000,000 which is $15,000,0000 more his highest payday. Floyd will take in $65,000,000 which is $15,000,000 more his highest payday.

$40,000,000 for Manny is very fair, especially when Floyd is putting more risk, financially, into the fight.:deal

Your reading comprehension is off. I'm not using the Oscar-Mayweather fight to compare Floyd to Oscar and Manny to Floyd.

I'm using it, to show you what fighters split on a fight that is closest to what Manny-Mayweather would be. :deal

LOL you were trying to say I was using it to compare...yea your reading comprehension is way off.:patsch

I belive the right fair split is 60/40, with the projection of the money's split at a very very generous $105,000,000.:deal Anything in this ballpark.

So Floyd did $17,500,000 in revenue profit, with Shane, at 1.4 million buys and $78,000,000 in revenue. 75/25 split.

Floyd did an 80/20 split with Cotto. Floyd did $94,000,000 in revenue at 1.5 million buys. Based on those numbers, how much do you think Floyd gets on the revenue profit?:think

Dont mean to offend, but shouldn't the fact that floyd sells more make it common sense for pac to not budge on 50-50.

If i'm taking a high-risk, anticipated fight, and i know tons of people are paying to see it, you damn right i'm sitting on my demand of 50-50.

I see the resident know it all cheerleaders are all up in their curls, acting like they know some great deal of info, spreading it to even dumber fools who'll buy their ****.

Since when are common opponents the basis for a purse split? Look at their average buys POST DLH and see how they go. I'm sure Floyd would be higher, but not that much. Certainly not enough to warrant the ridiculous offer he tosses around like a GF...

they have a lot to do with it.

And including De La Hoya is only fair.

They should have all the info for common opponents sent over to a 3rd party accounting firm. This way, we would have nothing to argue about. The documentation would speak for itself.

Sorry lance *******, Oscar is a common opponent...you can't just take him out the equation, just because you don't like that Floyd did almost double what Manny did with that fight.

That's like me saying they shouldn't be able to use the Marquez fights because Manny had history there and a basis to sell off, where as Floyd was coming off an 18 month layoff...but guess what, they still have to use the numbers.:patsch

*******s like lance and tarugo getting raped in this conversation.:rofl

What are you even disputing there? That guarantees and ppv upsides are negotiable, and balanced against each other according to the best available estimates (made in good faith, take note)? It's just common sense. Turns out ODLH and Floyd were a little too risk averse, but they couldn't have known it would overperform so much.

As for your projections, I've dealt with that before without much resistance from you, it's gotten tiresome. I hoped you'd bring fresher talking points from the gym.
