Those guys are a step too far, especially Price, he'd destroy Wilder.

becks a good gradual step, after beck someone like lawrence or like someone else in this thread said nagy aguilera, then onto a rated fighter......good indication he's looking to step it up though. i'm rooting for wilder he's got the athletic gifts but he's got a lot to learn.

Great fight. The more African Americans fighting at the highest level the better. Wilder becomes a top 10 fighter when he KO's Beck.

    Beat me to it.

And the funny part is it would be a quantum leap for Wilder.

If it does come off, Beck should dig his toes in, and just throw his biggest punch right at Deontay's jaw to see what happens.

A prospect no one talks about in a long time that might be a good fight is Tor Hamer, he's about the same place as Wilder. Derrick Rossy, Jason Gavern, Travis Walker are also guys he should be up to fighting by now.

This isn't much of a step up for Wilder. Beck is beyond shot.

Jeez, I keep defending this guy.

-but if he actually fights Beck next, I think I'll give up.

Wilder is even more a of a bum than Seth Mitchell, Price or Fury would give both a horrible beating

To be fair wasnt Wilder a basketball player? A good majority of pro's with his exposure are lifetime fighters....sure the dude has potential but at his age and the state of the heavy weight division he has more than enough time to sit back and absorb more boxing IQ...
