I KNEW,just KNEW this thread was going to turn into the typical monthly Hamed excusemaking thread as soon as I read the initial comments.Hamed fought once more after MAB and then retired. He knew he stood no chance against any elite with a good boxing IQ.He realized he'd gone as far as his lowly boxing IQ could take him and decided to get the **** out of Dodge.Good riddance.
I can see how he wasted his talent. He had natural ability but he refused to adapt to a style that would beat an elite boxer instead of that flashy, video game like showboating ****. It's like he didn't want to learn fundamentals and onlyrelied on his talent and skills instead. It looked good against bums but Barrera proved that it only works on bums. Correct. He was shot to bits by the time he fought MAB and still gave him a decent fight. Prime Hamed is as talented a fighter as I've ever seen
Hamed could have boxed for longer but he was not on MAB, Floyd, Pac, JMM, EM level. He was entertaining but would have come up short against the elite fighters.
Hamed was super talented with a unique style and ATG power. That sounds like blowing smoke up his arse but i dont care i followed his entire career. He lost the motivation needed to mix it properly with the elite and he would have struggled with Barrera anyway, but who wouldnt ?I cant see how he could have underestimated MAB, i was no expert back then ( still aint ) but i knew how good he was.
I was saying i knew how good MAB was.at the time. Read properly if you're gonna attempt to take the ****.
what was your scorecard? and top of his career after looking like **** against augie sanchez, vuyani bungu and the other guy he fought?
Clinton is an irish ***git who only comes on esb when a hamed thread his made because hameds wife is his daughter allahuakbar
