How would you characterize Manny Pacquiao's boxing style?

    I think he is an intuitive fighter. He just makes strange, unpredictable things on the spot. Combined with his athleticism and the basics Roach has drilled through his thick skull this gives most opponents more then they can handle. Put in another way he is an artist as much as he is a boxer.

    Look at the size of the guys calfs, theyre huge. This allows him to bounce in and out so quickly and skip in and out of range. Couple that with blistering hand speed, precision punching and an iron chin and then youll realize that an offence that good will penetrate any defence.

    Agressive technical offensive fighter. Great flurries and combos. Good movement and footwork for defense and creating angles. Gets tagged too much though and a decent counter-puncher could give him hell by making him miss. AKA JMM

    a puncher who has enough speed to masquerade as a boxer-puncher

    I don't call him a swarmer ever. He lacks the necessary elements of being able to fight inside and cut off a ring. emmanuel does not consistently go for the body either.

    Couldnt penetrate JMM's :yep Just playing man
    but the guy has a unique style and like you said he has huge calfs that allow him to bounce in and out. I think it was Bradley who said it best before their fight was made. Boxers look at Pacquiao and say he's a small guy to be fighting at welterweight but the thing is the weight is in his legs and power comes from the legs

    Mid range (Makes him hard to deal with for some fighters)

    but but but this 106lber fought big, slow, 160lber opponents. And he cherrypicked them to suit his speed.

    but but but..... ****, who else should pac fight in the 140-147 aside from the may fight?
