25-40 to give an exact spot you have to have made your own list and i doubt anyone here has taken the time

Top 15. I cant have Hopkins up there, and NOT have Floyd.

I prefer to rank fighters after there caterer is over. However he is the best of his era.For me he is up there with Charley Burley, Duran, Ali, the Sugar Rays, Jack Johnson, Benny Leonard, Hagler, Azumah Nelson etc.

Too many great fighters to have him that high,
SRR, SRL, Armstrong, Greb, Langford, Duran, JCC, whitaker many more Mayweather is good but those guys were even better in my point of view he hasn't done anything those boxers havent done

Floyd is top 40. He would have some losses on his record if he hadn't been so careful in selecting his opponents.

I agree on him being top 40 but i don't think he has anything to do with it, if you look at it he just hasnt had a prime ATG to face like many others have, Pacquiao is the only one but neither side wants the fight

  9. It's so hard. I think technically he is the greatest boxer I have ever seen. That's hands down truth. Dislike him personally and always want him to get beat. But when he fights no one looks close to beating him imo. I don't even think Castillo beat him the first fight. Close but clear for Fmj. But his record and courage outside the ring in taking fights etc drops him down a LOT. If he retired today and didn't fight again i'd probably still put him top 15.

I disagree... he should've fought Cotto, Margarito or Williams back when the welterweight division was smoking hot back in 07-08. He decided to retire instead so I really don't wanna hear how he never had any elite competition in their prime to face. Had he cleaned out the welterweight division they Ward is doing now with 168, and fought Pacquiao he could've cemented himself in the top 20 IMO but he missed out on that opportunity to really solidify his legacy. That's one thing I always respected about Mosely and DLH. They have losses, but both those guys always sought out the real challenges throughout there careers. Floyd hasn't really done that and as a result he's top 40

I think he's right behind Pacquiao. I think you could argue him or Pacquiao are in the top 10 right now. He just beat Cotto and Cotto is ATG material himself.
