As been mentioned before, the purse filed with Nevada is for tax purposes. The heft of the payment is sent through MP to dodge taxes. He basically will file with the Feds a smaller personal income, his MP will get the rest but will be able to dodge a lot of taxes being a foreign corporation (tax treaties and such).

For when PBF was fighting for Arum, the numbers where more accurate because PBF did not have a promotion company to divert the funds.
PBf does something similar. He pays himself though his Mayweather productions - probably something like $.01. The rest are filed as corporate earnings which allow him to be taxed at a lower rate.

Here is the problem with that. Manny according to Vision Quest didn't even have copies of his own bout contracts. Plus Manny gets advances on his money. Arum tells him he is getting this or that and you know damn well Arum is getting that money back and then some plus it makes it easier for him to rob him this way. Manny is an idiot.
