Either it's a massive tax fiddle or Pac is getting seriously shafted.

FM's guaranteed purse was $32m but we don't know his PPV cut. Pac may be on a massive PPV cut a long with huge sponsorship deals which could shift the balance somewhat.

Let's compare the two respective PPV's between the two camps to work out some semblence of a deal.

That is terrible when his peer is making 32 guaranteed + PPV revenue + gate + concessions + television rights and etc.

Tupac Shakur was considered to be the most succesful and richest rapper at one point, setting records in revenue generated according to the Guiness Book of World Records.

TuPAC really didn't have anyhthing. Suge Knight owned it all.

Bob Arum is the Suge Knight of boxing.

Like ODLH, Floyd, Cotto, and other fighters have... The difference is the Pacquiao has a 1st grade education. Think of a 6 year old... That is his intellectual capacity.

For Arum, its like taking candy from a baby.

FFS, Arum made Pac fire VisionQwest. :patsch

I am a little skeptical because Pac made like 20 million or so in one of his last few fights..

Also Pac made his money after he died... I think he sold more records dead than alive.. I believe when he was still alive he was rich but not worth over 10 million,I believe "I could be wrong" but I know he did not bank like you said cause Suge took a lot of it..

Pac will make 25mil on paper but he really will make less since Arum is stealing his money and Konz who is a double agent for Arum is his accountant. Konz is stealing his money to.

Mayweather fights on the best dates, stacked undercards, invest heavily on promotion. Arum's plan on the other hand is to invest less in promotion, invest less on undercard fighters, and steal more from Pac or his fighters in general.

Well Forbes just listed his estimated earnings at $67 million for the period that covered the Mosley and Marquez fights where his registered purses in Nevada were similarly $5-6 million, so what does that point to?

Last year they reported he made $25 million which only covered the Margarito fight

the year before it was $42 million covering the Cotto and Clottey fights

year before that it was $40 million for the De La Hoya, Hatton and Diaz fights

People crying about Arum robbing him blind yet the numbers say his market value and earning power is increasing each year by a few million. Arum is not robbing him, he is just taking his contracted cut which Pac agreed to, and I'd say with those figures Pac would be quite content with how TR have managed his career after signing on a few years ago when his max potential was making $1-2 million dollar purses for his biggest fights and was doing small PPVs

It's actually Floyd who is trying to rob him. Pac could be making $35-$40M vs Cotto by the end of this year if his growth stays the same
