As a Parra fan I'm really envious of how Cronulla have recruited the last couple of years. Gordon another good buy.

They've done everything Parra should have done.

 

For a few years they were staying well below the salary cap to try and alleviate some debt..wonder if they are going up to the limit now..they didn't get a bargin with Carney I believe, I think only Gallen earns more.

Why single out Gallen?

Does anyone think there PED usage might peak in juniors? A lot of these blokes are putting amounts of weight that the body building world would tell you are quite difficult, if not impossible without the use of chemical assistance. Especially considering how much cardio is also involved in their training.

As for Gallen, I don't think his form has come out of nowhere ala Rodney Howe, he's been getting better every year and it's the skill based aspect of his game that has improved out of sight (such as reading the game, offloads etc) and skills like that aren't enhanced by drug use. Rodney Howe got more explosive over an off season and his face tried to grow a new head from his chin.

For the Storm fans, how confident are you guys of keeping your coach into the near future cause there are 3 names being tossed around for the Titans coaching role next year

99% confident he will stay at the Storm.

I mean with the debt the Titans are in and also how **** they play. I dont see him leaving the Storm.

 

I'd prefer Anderson or Stone over Bellamy anyway but you do remember Craigs contract talks for Storm in 08, he was close to leaving then. Someone

Titans **** play is due to the topic we are talking about ie. the coach.

It's pretty much a done deal that there will be a new coach at this club next year

 

I dont see Bellyache leaving. Not to the Titans anyway. The one club i feel might be able to snag him is Brisbane. But if you had Slater , Smith and Cronk why would you leave for Prince, Bird and Idris.

 

The ****s are nearly broke, cant see them spending overs on anyone, unless the NRL has promissed them a handout
