Sosnowski is done. Vitali took his soul, and the Dimitrenko KO was the icing on the cake unfortunately.
I agree. He was dreadful against Rasani last time out. Rasani is an experienced journeyman who is solid defensively but offers very little in offense. 90% of the young prospects who face him realise they can win just by outworking him, but Sosnowski was too lazy to do that and spent the entire fight throwing shots at a very slow rate which Rasani was able to dodge easily.
Damn im good. My prediction from 5 years ago on how his career would unfold was spot on. Polstradamus strikes again!
He will rise up, beat some solid contenders....but he won't be a champ. Least as it stands now. He might be a title challenger but he won't win. But it also depends on the opponent(champ) at the time I guess...cause by the time Szpilka is ready for a title shot, Vitali will already be retired and Wlad will be the holder of the other 3 belts. So it all depends on who the WBC champ is. I think he is too relentless and rough in the ring. It may not happen this year, maybe not next year, but one of these days Szpilka is gonna take a bite more than he can chew. Someone like a Arreola would be a roughhouse for him. He needs a better training camp and someone more motivational in his corner instead of Lapin. Hes a good trainer but hes not for Szpilka imo.
he needs to fight someone who can go more that 3 rounds, because so far nobody has a clue how his conditioning looks like oh, and he really needs to patch up his defense
I need to see him in against a fighter that will push him before i can get a full assesment on him as fighter.
Yeah, lot's of big talk for this coming PF.........if they get half the big names they've got negotiating it will be a barnburner for sure. And yeah, KJ, SHOULD win it. :think Where the HELL is Mike Perez? :thinkHe should be defending his ****.......or get in the ring against anyone really.:-(
I really want to see Mike Perez in this, to defend his Prizefighter title & end his inactivity. :good When interviewed Perez said he was fighting in March, but now it's May & he hasn't fought in 5 months or scheduled any fights on Boxrec. When this next Prizefighter happens, Perez won't have had a fight in half a year! :-( Inactivity is very bad for his style.
