At 50/50, with the projection that the fighters split $105,000,000 they would each get $52,500,000. Floyd just made $50,000,000 for Cotto, while Manny still has a high payday.

So at 50/50 Floyd makes $2,500,000 more than his highest payday and Manny makes $27,500,000 more than his highest payday. Not a fair deal.

If Pac takes the $40,000,000 then he would get $15,000,000 more his highest payday, and Floyd would get $15,000,000 more his highest payday.

Oscar and Floyd split $79,000,000 at 2,400,000 PPV buys.

Mayweather-Pacquiao has a projection of 3,000,000 PPV buys, so the split of it all would be $105,000,000.

Pac turned down his high payday to take $25,000,000 at best for Bradley. Floyd went on to make $50,000,000 and his high payday with Cotto.

So to you it's a contest of who makes more money? It doesn't matter that Floyd will still be making his biggest payday...what's more important is that Pacquiao makes significantly less?? You call yourself a boxing fan?

Since Floyd won't budge, Do any of you guys think Manny doesn't deserve an Upside on the ppv?

where do you think the 40 million is coming from? PPV, but honestly even I disagree with the 40 million offer, I don't think it is that far away from reasonable, but a fight of this size should be done on percentage, but not 50/50, more like 60/40

    you know something too.

I dont think floyd ever planned on fighting pacquiao on may 5th. Mayweather offerind pacuiao may 5th was a bluff in my opinion.

If im a fighter in his position. May 5th (Cinco De Mayo) Im fighting a fighter of latin orgin. floyd was either gonna do Cotto, Canelo, Maybe even Guerro that day.

I think you over influence the impact fighting a latino has on that day, fighting Pacquiao would have been too huge for anyone to ignore, doing it on the day when pretty much everyone buys PPVs makes sense.

apparently, *****s like SJS19 and thawk888 doesn't think so. for them, floyd deserves all the PPV share in the world.

forbes has listed pac's earning like $67M in two fights and you think pac only had $25M as his highest pay to date?

and take into consideration that pac's earnings is a byproduct of him being a boxer alone. floyd's number is because of him being a boxer and being a co-promoter at the same time. he invested some money in paying for ortiz' guarantee. could have forked out some of his money as well in promotions.
