Wonder why Arum allowed Pac 1 Golden Boy fighter since he became a star after beating Oscar? :think

    Roach on Hatton

Michael David Smith: You were extremely confident that Manny would beat Oscar De La Hoya. Are you equally confident of Manny's chances against Ricky Hatton?
Freddie Roach: Definitely. Manny will knock Ricky out, for sure. I'm very confident. I've studied Ricky Hatton's tapes. He has too many flaws for Manny Pacquiao. He's made for Manny Pacquiao.

After Mayweather beat Oscar? I thought that deal was to fight him BEFORE Oscar, but Arum said the money for the Oscar fight wasn't there?

Do you have a link to explain how I'm wrong? :think

The deal was to fight Margarito then fight Oscar.

    Arum said no.

Since he joined who? I guess you think Floyd is in Golden Boys stable, which he is not. The guy is independent. Cotto, the fighter he just fought, was independent.

Pacquiao became a cash cow after the Hatton fight. The idea that Arum is keeping all fights in-house with Pacquiao is one that has been purported since pacquiao became a cash-cow, not before. Are you suggesting that Pacquiao was doing the numbers he's been doing post-Hatton in 2007? I think not. When there was big money to be made with Pacquiao, it all so happened to stay in Top Rank.

Did you honestly fall for all that baloney Arum was feeding the media about Concheato back when Mayweather ditched him to make the DLH fight?

Obviously the coast is as clear as it gets for anyone to still believe that nonsense. Arum had everything noted and SET, Concheato was planned/scripted to fight Cotto. All that hype about Mayweather ducking was as baseless as it gets. This is a typical Arum tactic and sadly people are easy to fool. He even used the same exact tactic while promoting Hearns, back then Leonard was the "chicken" running scared, go look it up.

If Pacquiao left Arum after the Marquez fight to make the fight with Mayweather, then Pacquiao would also be scared shitless of... Bradley!

c'mon.....this has been debated so many times.

Floyd grew feathers and he flew away.

Do you really believe that Arum would pull Margo out against Floyd?

Do you really believe that Arum would say there is not enough money in an Oscar fight? :nut

    Roach on Bradley

“Bradley is tough because besides throwing hard punches, he’s also capable of using his head, elbows, everything in his desire to win. He, therefore, is a dangerous opponent contrary to what others are saying,” Roach added.

Something like that maybe? Not he's going to knock him out for sure. He's made for Manny.

    So that's a no?

    :deal He knows this.

No, he pulled the deal away because he said the money wasn't there for the Oscar fight.. WTF are you even debating? Nobody said anything like what you just posted. Floyd wanted a deal for Oscar and Hatton and I believe Cotto after he fought Margo, Arum said the money for the Oscar fight wasn't there so it didn't happen.

    :deal
