I think there should be a new rule which forces all fighters to take testing all the way until the fight.

Recently Peterson had been caught and now that Berto has been found, I think serious action has to take place.

For those that disagree, do explain why?

I am but it has to be lead by the boxing comissions and it has to be done evenly across the board with an broadly agreed set of rules.

Yes, but anything introduced would be a great start and would have a big impact on the boxing nation.

I think that its the fight thing to do because fighters are being given roids without thier knowledge. I dont think that Berto or Perterson are cheaters. I think that they are victims and the sooner the **** stops, the better fkor boxing.:bbb:bbb

Yeah to a point but you can only go so far when it's done ad-hoc and only for certain fights/fighters. Don't get me wrong, the sport is going in the right direction but it still has a long way to go.

The real problem is that the athletic comissions don't like the idea of the cost involved.

YES! Especially for big fights. All fights can't afford this type of testing, but for the ones who can, yes!

Yeah I agree, hopefully Mayweather and Goldenboy promotions step up the need for it which I think they will do.

Every single one of them should, no matter how big of a star they are. I also think catch weights for titles should be banned and hand picking opponents as well. If your in the top ranks in any weight class, it should be mandatory to fight the other top fighters at that weight, unless the fighter is choosing to leave there weight class ,to move up or down in weight.
