    What a shame! This is what is not good for boxing! Good fights falling apart like that and we will never see those fights now!

    i don't know if khan-peterson was fight of the year but definately a candidate. i know ortiz-berto was fight of the year.

    Pacquiao has never refused drug testing. He only took issue with having blood drawn close to fight night but has always been fine with unlimited, random urine testing.
