Not surprised. He committed felonies while being in the country illegally. Felons go to prison, many turn themselves in before sentencing so that way they get credit for time served.

Are you in favor of keeping violent felons on the street?

Damn, first he loses big against Kirkland and now his career is taking another big stop after being imprisoned.

HE'S DOWN THE STREET FROM ME...NOT EVEN A MILE

far from a prison, he's in a detention center....they got it ok there, nothing like a real prison or a mexican jail....still sucks, but he's cool

Are you ****ing serious ? He's not some mexican gangbanger selling crack and doing armed robberies he's a high level athlete and was on a p1 entertainment visa and because of a mix up/confusion he overstayed. hardly a terrible crime, and he gets locked up in a detention centre for months ?

damn that sucks he's getting wronged like that. angulo is limited, not really a champion level fighter and likely gets scholed by most technicians but could make some great fights vs other bangers who throw technical skill out the window like Kirkland 2, Rios or Alvarado. Hopefully he left that gaypride dog collar at home.

You're right he is a top athlete and a former Olympian. He would have had no problem getting into the US legally but instead he decided to enter illegally, got busted, deported then decided to do the same thing yet again. He's a ****ing idiot.

and before you go calling America racist keep in mind that if a Nicaraguan or someone did the same thing in Mexico they could be facing up to 10 years in prison based on Mexican law.

Nobody wronged Angulo, hes a moron.
