Manny has made every excuse not to take the drug tests. He is now using a 50/50 excuse to not take them. He all scared of Floyd, it's almost comedy if I didn't want this fight to happen.

What he means is that the USADA stopped their testing 18 days before the Mosley-May fight. The fighters were not notified of this; this is just when they stopped the testing.

VADA works the same way..they may stop 1 day or 4 days or 19 days or 12 days...you just don't know which is why they keep the INTEGRITY OF THE TEST.

He doesn't get that they still could have tested either fighter during that time.

Ortiz testing with blood stopped 11 days before the fight.

He does not get that it's the INTEGRITY of the test that needs to be kept in place.

IT'S ALL RANDOM..They may stop 4 days before a fight...9 days before a fight...21 days before a fight...1 day before a fight..you just never know, which is why Pacquiao chose to use that as his excuse for 2 years...

 

All random..they could stop at anytime...Ortiz testing stopped 11 days before the fight...but the fighters were not told this information..Cotto testing will come out..rumors are that they stopped 6 days before the fight..but as a fighter, they don't tell you or ANYONE that they are stopping the tests..for all you know they could show up the day of the fight to test you.
