Good point.......but when 2 ATGs had their epic battle before they reached their optimum wieght, for me, it just doesn't have the holding power for some reason.

Is Morales an ATG at 140-147......probably not. But at 135.......he considered something of a deity.:D

I am laughing cause you found the ending to be inconclusive. The fight was great.

Morales-Barrera happened at their best weight and in both fighters prime, we had a real grudge match between two top 10 fighters at 122 ever who didnt like each other fighting for their pride and for the heart of their countrymen(Replacing a almost finished Chavez as the top chicano) and they fought with a fire ,a passion few ever matched. One fighter would get hurt only to come back stronger and hurt the other it was like this for 12 brutal rounds of briliancy,it was Machismo at his best.

This fight is at worse a top 10 fight of all time(for me is number one).

As for Klitshko-Lewis while it was a good fight it has to be said that Lewis was past his best by quite a bit and while it was brutal it didnt have the skills and the overall action that Morales-Barrera had, I think Lewis-Klitshko is maybe a top 100 fight.Good fight but far from the greatness that was El Terrible against the Baby Face Assassin.

But this is just my opinion.

    To each his own :good

Barrera-Morales 1 because it's the one that has two unquestionable first ballot HOF's at the top of their games.
Only my opinion but it's not even close.
