I'm certainly not saying he's the be all and end all,and of course he had some lucky wins,I know he wasn't perfect and as a fighter had his flaws. He also fought bums but who didn't?
But however you scrutinize his record it stands up, and over a long period of time, and that with a 3 and a half year break in the middle when he was likely to be at his absolute prime.
No heavyweights resume comes close for me.

Not only do I think Kalambay beat Kalule by a good few points, it's likely that Kalule was liberated after finally moving back to middle and not draining himself to make 154 anymore.

I was talking pure skillset anyway :good

And as you say, Floyd has never faced anyone like a prime Nunn.

When will Floyd get the credit he deserves?

He has a very deep resume, the best of any active fighter today. He's been fighting active and former champions for years.

Look at it from this perspective, Floyd won his first title 13 years ago, he's still champion, and ranked the best fighter in the world at age 35!

Compare that to for instance Sugar Ray Robinson, who'd sustained a few losses at age 35. Compare it to Sugar Ray Leonard, who didn't achieve anything significant beyond the age of 30. Ali had sustained losses by age 35. I appreciate that undefeated isn't the be all end all, but when you've been fighting champions and former champions for over 13 years, and you haven't taken a loss, that's highly impressive.

Floyd's skills are there for all to see on show everytime he steps into the ring. Look at how he's found a way to beat every man he's faced as a professional.

    Kalambay > Floyd?

Based on what? You will have to provide a better explanation.

Floyd is the best fighter of the last 25 years.

Making a fighter look bad by spoiling and being horribly negative doesn't win you a fight.

How can Langford be overrated when he beat all-time greats from light weight through heavyweight?

You're overrating him. As a matter of fact, I'm disgusted at how much you're rating him.

Robinson? He had more fights in a couple of year than Floyd has had in over a decade. What the **** do losses have to do with anything? Undefeated means ZILCH.

Kalambay is the more skilled fighter. I explained that further up.

No, Floyd is not the greatest fighter of the last 25 years, that's nonsense. Even if he was, this isn't the greatest time for boxing.

Gans is rated top3 all-time at lightweight and a top 25 all-time fighter. Blackburn is considered by many historians amongst the best ever lightweights. Wills is a top 15 heavyweight. You may need to do more research because you're wrong about these fighters and Langford is you think he overrated. How many fighters can you name who beat top 10 fighters from lightweight to heavyweight?

Gans, ketches and Walcott are all rated in the top 30 of the IBRO p4p all time list.
