Monzon (incredibly enough, and by know-nothing fans who think boxing didn't begin until the late 80s')
    Galindez
    O'Grady
    Haugen
    Harold Johnson

I don't think Monzon is underrated. Most knowledgable fans and historians have him as a top 3 MW. The only way to move him up would be to rate him higher than Robinson or Greb. Not Carlos' fault that 2 of the top p4p fighters of all time are in his division.

O'Grady I think is overrated if anything. Look at his record and you'll see mostly opponents with losing records and /or no experience. His record against top opponents is pretty abysmal.

Johnson though, is a good inclusion. A very good fighter who held his own against the best of his day.

I would also add in Jack Sharkey, Owen Moran, Pedro Montanez, Ralph Dupas, Kenny Lane, Alfredo Urbina and Chango Carmona. I think this list could go on for awhile.

Between the fighters I forgot about that people keep bringing up, and the ones I know nothing about, It seems that a top 100 might be difficult.

...but I'll say this. What a fu*king excellent forum. I can't believe it took this long to find it. The knowledge of the posters here is more than impressive. Hell, I've only been here a week, and already I'm up to 14 fighters I never even heard of that I gotta go dig info on.
    Gonna take a couple months...
    Holy ****.
At this rate, I'm gonna need a staff...

Valuev, really? The guy should have lost to Donal, Ruiz and 107 year old Holyfield.

Larry Holmes is no longer underrated IMO. I rarely see him outside the top 5 in people's lists, let alone the top 10.

Which one is that? I've got all his (available) fights. Uploading his fight with Godfrey Stevens as we speak :good

EDIT: Flash Besande :yep Saijo is one of those guys most dangerous when hurt. Wouldn't work against everyone though.

Here's an underrated one then: Antonio Gomez. Sparked Saijo, beat Hawkins, De Jesus and Cervantes. Clearly a highly skilled operator and versatile. Brilliant counter puncher. Marcel shut him down but that's more testament to the Panamanian's class.
