I hear ALOT of posters who say Manny Pacquiao has agreed to Random Blood & Urine Testing and that this is no longer an issue. So I would like the same people who claim this to be the case to explain to me why since 2009 Manny has fought 4 opponents (soon to be 5) and he has NEVER taken the opportunity to implement VADA or USADA testing in his fights? Surely if testing was not an issue he would have implemented OSDT by now? Why is this Pacquiao fans......Please discuss.
I'm not a Pacquiao fan, but perhaps he believes that testing is the job of the comission? You could ask your question of 96% of fighters out there, why is Pacquiao always singled out:huh
yes and floyd made a new roadblock. remember that floyd wants all the PPV share now? and floyd's test is really not OSDT. OSDT is year round. floyd only test for 2 months (1.5 months actually). he doesn't get tested when he is on his vacations.
I think you know why Pacquiao is being questioned here, he is the only fighter to have refused OSDT (citing a fear of needles) and then later relented and claimed that he is now willing to take OSDT. I'm wondering if he really has accepted it or he is just claiming he has......
He's said a 100 times he's accepted it, and everyone on his team said he accepted it. He even told Floyd direct over the phone that he'll take whatever tests he wants as long as the split is 50/50. The reason he's not taking it now is because he doesn't have to, it's that simple. Pacquiao takes the same tests 99% of every other boxer has to take. If the boxing commisions decide to change the rules and implement VADA or whatever then I'm sure he'll take those tests.
can you explain why 99.99% of boxing match in america and in the world does not do it? there goes your answer.
Pacroid has never took a OSDT in his shitty career. Dude is basically getting away with murder. :verysad
Ok. Given what's happened in the past week or so, do you beleive everyone should be required to take the test, baby?
He has accepted extra testing, for the Mayweather bout, if that ever happens. It will be an advantage if he were to implement it in bouts that could possibly lead up to that bout, if it ever happens. But after everything Pacquiao's camp has said on the situation over the last few years, it may contradict that...especially when they said they will agree to it if the commision implements it.
Again, same reason why Bhop refused against Pascal. Oh that means Bhop is on roids right? :nut The ONLY basis for accusation since the beginning is 2 jealous mother****in crackheads, his paranoid son, and a midget telling them to go **** themselves
I think fighters should do there jobs and fight and not worry about drug testing, there's are commissions who run that. If they're not doin there job properly someone needs to go to them or they need to make some changes. I dont think fighters should be goin on crusades / witch hunts and singling out fighters without proof, which just ends up hurting the sport and giving it a bad rep. This needs to be done properly and fairly across the board. But to answer your question, yeah boxing obviously needs better testing implement, but it has to be done rationally.
Your question has been answered. Pac isn't taking those tests because he doesnt have to. And I don't think he cares if some internet fanboys / haters think he's on steroids without proof.
