No, Floyd takes his version of tests. Don't even call it OSDT because it is not. It's implemented by USADA but it is not OSDT. True OSDT is actually random year round anytime, anywhere.
Floyd must use VADA on his next fight to erase any doubts. Everybody knows USADA and GB have a close relationship, to remove any perception of conflict of interest, Floyd must use VADA on his next fight. It's a win/win because they won't charge him 100,000 dollars for the tests and VADA has shown that they will catch you even if you're the one asking to use their services.

It's as simple as this. The commissions are the one that oversees boxing in the US. They have they're own drug-testing procedures that Pacman never failed, not even once. Now Floyd starts painting suspicion in Pacquiao and suddenly he's a drug cheat.
