David Price would KTFO Haye. Price is HW #3, possibly #2.........

He'd destroy Arreola and Adamek with ease.

 

Austin was never really any good, and was certainly past it when he fought Solis.

Many people had Sexton ahead on points against Chisora at the time of the stoppage in their second fight.

 

Great fight from Price, hopefully this won't get to his head and he will steadily improve and rule the division in 3-4 years. Good work lad

 

There was a time when Austin was a Blevel fighter. And Barrett has been on the cusp of contention(Blevel) consistently for about 12 yrs. Welliver is a Blevel guy now, but can't really say he was 4 yrs ago.

As for Sexton, I don't think anyone is gonna confuse him for anything other than a journeymen. If he fought consistently in the Clevel or Blevel he'd lose far more than he won. Guys like Barrett 41 y/o would KO Sexton with just as much flair as Price did today. Not taking anything away from him, but Barrett and Welliver and Austin are all better than Sexton and MacNugget.

But tbf.....Price looks better than I originally had given him credit for, and I like his chances against all the other prospects and fringe contenders ATM.:deal

 

Cue another British hypejob endlessly feasting on British bums and hurting badly when he steps up to world class. We've seen this shipwreck before.

 

OK, just saw the highlights against Sexton.

Monster power, very fluid. I can see why people would get carried away after that performance. :yep

 

But we can't really know -- with reasonable certainty -- what Price is made out of until he faces better competition.

Caution is the word here.

 

TBF, Sexton and MacNuggett are on a similar level to anyone Arreola has beaten with the exception of McCline who was once upon a time a tough fight for most.

Price has handled them as well as Arreola has handled that LOC so it's reasonable to compare him IMO.

 

Good prospect is Price.Jizz slurpers always use `hypejob`as a tired old jibe.Mainly its from a country who has a very sad lack of anyone in the heavyweight division.Or really most divisions for that matter.

 

No no no silly boy. You cant move up in ranking by beating a journeyman who was stopped 2 times previously. If Fisher Price wants to be in the top ten he has to beat someone good.

 

I got a feeling Price is hiding glass, if not he might be something but dude just looks like his chin will shatter to pieces

 

Easy to look good against journeymen and bums. He got be the real deal but we have to see him in with someone good before we know.

Price is without a doubt an exciting prospect. But that's all he is at the moment, a good prospect. Anyone can look world class when facing low level opposition. Though he has looked very impressive in the manner of his victories when compared to how guys like Williams, Chisora and Fury did against the same opposition.

Price now needs to step up and take on a gate keep type or former top contender and go beyond the domestic level fighters he has been feasting on. He's clearly ready for a step up in class, he won't improve unless he starts facing stiffer opposition.

 

I like Price but Haye would be a step up at this point and I could see Hayes speed causing Price some problems. We'd find out about Prices chin for sure.
