What you don't get is posters see you overjoyed and acting like a **** over a guy getting KO'd. EVERYONE knows glass jaws exist, what you and your little kids club don't understand is no one likes the arm chair, after-the-fact so called expert approach that you guys take. Wow...big whoop, you can kick a guy AFTER he's been down.
Shook up early by non-puncher Linton and ultimately got a hometown gift decision. (draw at worst for Emmett in reality) Hurt very badly late and dropped twice by Miranda and BARELY makes it the distance in a loss. Has the snot literally knocked out of him by old Glen Johnson in a stoppage loss, knocked out for the count. Rocked badly several times and gets a gift against average, light-hitting Demers. KTFO for the count again, by past prime Kessler. Safe to say, ze cheen, she is a no good. :yep
I feel sorry for Green. But tonight, I'm proud of being Danish! While Green isn't THAT durable, then I think we should focus less on his jaw and more on what hit the jaw. Kessler's punching power is underrated. And that was a clean and very well-placed shot.
kessler has a 72% knock out ratio meaning 3 out of 4 people fron his resume dont see the final bell do the 1 out of every 4 that see the final bell have iron chins? people that can punch will hurt solid chins and shaky chins at some point but glass jaw troll team had much to talk about today, its like a holiday for them
Kessler is very underrated, due to his losses to Calzaghe and Ward. I don't think it's fair to label Green a glassjaw due to this match. He's just one among many of Kessler's brutalized victims.
I'm not a member of the chin checkers at all, but check the bullet points on my fact sheet posted above. Nothing less than 100% factual on there. Allan Green has - and has always had - a low workrate, poor defensive skills despite attempting to use a slick style, a crap fighting mentality and an aversion to mixing it up with anybody who either doesn't fear his punch or can match it, and VERY SHAKY whiskers. ...and I'm probably the board's biggest non-Dane Kessler nut-hugger, so if anything you'd think it would serve me to hype this win up. It isn't even a top 5 win for Kessler, or even CLOSE. Kessler CAN punch, but Green DOES have a shaky chin. It was a combination of the two factors that led to the end result.
I don't have the time or inclination to research my old posts, but suffice it to say, I have been talking about Allan Green's glass jaw for YEARS. And while you may not like the fact that I am right - as I was in the Sprott-Harrison KO, btw, among many others - you don't have license to re-write history and suggest that I just came up with this idea tonight!atsch
Yeah, Green sucks. The only thing he has is a punch, and it's not "that" great. He's one of those annoying boxers who "can" box well, but chooses not too out of sheer laziness, cockiness, or **** I don't know. Anyhow, it's a pointless win.
nah man i know you aint and youre right.... i knew this was a crap fight when it was signed but still thought green might go 12 (for some reason) i was just saying with kesslers power , he has the ability to crack a solid chin and take them out and if he hits a suspect to shaky chin like green , its to be expected...i just dont always think its a given when the 2 criteria meet (big punch vs bad chin) but played out nice today. now lets hope kessler can stay injury free and make another fight soon that counts, because he wont be around much longer, his body aint gonna let him.... :good
