Genetics + good diet and hard work. Definition does not win fights though, remember Jeff Lacy? Luckily for Bradley, he's an intelligent fighter, I have him winning a decision going into the Pac fight.
True it may hard works but allot of it is going to be his genetics.. but Dame homie got some sick abs.
Khan UD's Bradley 115-113 in a close fight, Kell brook beats both Khan and Bradley, ain't no blueprint!!
In boxing, muscle groups have to work in fluid coordination starting from the legs to the end of your fist. This fluidity is translated into muscle memory. Weight training isolates muscle groups and has a tendency to screw up that muscle memory and coordination.
I laughed when Julio Diaz kept saying, "and that's with no steroids". He's one of TB's trainers, of course he's gonna' say that, but that's what they ALL say. I remember when TB was a little 10yr. old am. and people always commented on his muscularity. Lots of kids didn't wanna' fight him, thinking he was older than he looked. People that know boxing, know the man with all the muscles doesn't always win. hell, for all his muscles, he still doesn't punch that hard, check out his ko rate and most were early in his career.
Bradley fights small, throwing crazy fast hooks, up stairs, downstairs etc or he leans with his head or he tries the bolo right from time to time, nothing clever about his style - Kell would smash him, Kell ain't even left 1st gear yet - no blueprint!!
He has always been crazy ripped. This is an interesting fight for sure if its close Pacman is getting the decision count on it
