How about Andre Dirrell vs. Mikkel Kessler?

    Would be an interesting fight, no?

    I could see Dirrell outboxing him, and I could see Kessler hurting Dirrell.

    Dirrell brings nothing to the table. I see more a Froch-Kessler rematch, a Bute-Kessler (Ward won't fight Bute), or more likely Kessler-Ward (Kessler doesn't want to fight Bute) or Stiglitz-Kessler.

    A Pascal-Kessler would also be interesting.

    And if Dirrel trusted his chin, he'd beat Kessler. :deal

    Stylistic nightmare for Kessler.

    European style fighters can't deal with the slick, black American type.

    Froch is not a defensive wizard, a slick fighter, a mastermind, a technical beauty or a lightning fast puncher, but he managed to win between 5-7 rounds against Dirrell..

    And Allan Green did?

    You sound like some of the defensive Bute fans who wanted no part of Dirrell. Andre Dirrell is a bad stylistical matchup for Kessler, sure.. but... Dirrell is not without flaws.

    Good fight, but only hardcore fans know Direll. He doesn't have anything to offer Kessler unless he gets either a belt or a big following.
