That's the problem. People don't want to go the extra mile. Few Danes start up their own businesses or take bold initiatives because the rewards are low and the chance for failure high. On the flip side, most people do a good enough job when they work. everyone is efficient and generally competent and wages are pretty decent. There's a very high degree of trust in society - people generally aren't suspiscious of strangers here - at least as long as they are fellow Danes ;-) Still, the other side of the coin is that few people excel at anything and those that do are viewed with suspiscion. I know this sounds alien to you yanks ;-)

You can also see how this kind of mentality would be a problem for a guy like Kessler fighting outside his home - even though he is clearly of a slightly different cut that most Danes, having the will to succeed and all.

Haha, and you're one brave f*ck. I'd say it to anyone's face because I'm f*cking 100% correct. And if any of the keyboard warriors actually watched the Green fight and saw how the guy laid it all on the line, only to get iced, they wouldn't talk such crap. Have some integrity. It doesn't cost anything.

A very good fighter doesn't drop his defensive hand to throw with his offensive hand. That had to be the biggest opening Kessler has ever seen.

I am not dogging him because he got KTFO by Kessler; I've been dogging his whole dumb hypejob career for seven years now if you go back and check MY post history on Green. It isn't about shitting on him when he is down. He is a stuck-up pretender contender who I've shat on all along throughout the highs and lows of his career. See many of the reasons in my page 1 post.

And **** you with the cop-out keyboard warrior platitude. What next, are you going to throw out that famous "It is not the critic " quote? That is just a cheap trump card to basically disallow any objective critique of any fighter.

For the record, I would not be scared of telling off Green in person, but there is no way to prove it to you beyond my word so it's easy for YOU to sit behind YOUR computer screen with a smug little smile and act like you've won the argument with that stupid cliche.

As IB's agent I get 10% and do the negotiations if you want to use this in a radio show. PM me for the fee schedule. I doubt you have the budget though.

Actually you did quite well with the language in this case. Saying you are careful not to show a belief you are superior is EXACTLY pretty much a definition of what IB said using "haughty". You only have to be careful to not show something when it is true.

Well, $0 is NOT on our fee schedule unless you are a legit non profit. Sorry.

haha. Don't get yourself all upset now. Read back on the thread: You started this ****, not me. That said, I agree and disagree. Of course Green is Green. He had no business even being in the Super 6. And this fight was meaningless, a joke. But, or Butt, the guy didn't roll over, didn't run, didn't pull an Audley Harrison or David Haye. And all of Green's talk is just that, talk. It's about selling a fight. When the guy threw bombs at Kessler and got iced in the process, there's no reason to dog him. He came to fight and lost. That's enough to deserve respect. Which is sorely lacking on ESB at times.

Oh, sorry about that. I only meant that Danes in general are careful not to show superiority. Like if a university professor here is talking to a cleaning lady, they will be on equal footing. I didn't mean to imply that we know we are better than everyone else, but are careful not to show it out of politeness :nut

It is about him getting undeserved fights when he doesn't belong in the ring with the likes of Kessler. Green bitches about this no being his best weight but took the fight for a title shot? This type of **** is so lame and his usual pablum.
