Looks like he's been doing everything that was taught to him by his father who was mostly likely a powerlifter back in the day. I've always suspected that he was going too hard with the weights and 24/7 just confirmed it for me.

Be sure he gets your message, I'm sure a world champion really values the opinion of a pathetic pencil neck on esb.

That's what I got from it too. Boxing is an aerobic sport, and while strength is a big factor....most "strength" guys are only good for quick bursts. Look at how fast Mosley gases...Mike Jones. His lack of punching power is also a result of it. Overtraining specific muscle groups without concern on how they function as a whole with other muscle groups screws up punching coordination. He's too top heavy, and therefore doesn't generate the same thrust someone like Pac could...and any trainer will tell you punching power starts from the legs.

hard to judge just from a few snippets of 24/7. weight lifting isnt all bad, if its done right. who knows though.

If he was deep in to his training camp and doing those types of weights, then yeah, I'd agree. But he wasn't.

Whatever he's doing, it's been working for him.

His conditioning has never been a problem for him. In fact, his conditioning is blatantly one of his greatest assets.

Most of the footage was from the past and they said that his father is no longer involved in that capacity.

The same could be said about Pac's ploymetrics.

Have you ever seen Bradley gassed?
    Out of shape?
When out of shape guys get knocked down hard, they don't get back up.

Bradley is fantastically conditioned, and his speed doesn't suffer for his muscular bulk either, his Dad has done a good job IMO.
