Yes but the potential is there, you can't deny it.

I guess your right, but where is DeGales or Groves or Pavlik. All three could essentially make a move toward a title very soon and even Golovkin could easily campaign at SMW and destroy a guy like Dre Dirrel.:think

My bad I added them to the list. I don't see Golovkin beating Andre Dirrell today though, I know he beat him in the amateurs but the pro game is different.

Looks like we're in for some great action from these divisions in the next year or so.
Don't know too much about the up and coming guys though. Especially Groves ,Rodriguez, Stevenson and Oosthuizen.
Do any of them look to have what it takes to make the step up to trouble the top dogs?

Groves and Rodriguez are ok but I don't see them becoming world beaters. Stevenson and Oosthuizen have much more potential.

Golovkin don't waste punches and his shots are mind numbing. Dirrel already has doubts about his punch resistance and Golovkin matches up very well with him in the skills dept.

I see this fight being close for about 4 rounds until Golovkins superior footwork has Dre doing the splits b/c he felt a stiff jab and began to run and flop about.

If Dre saw the final bell, it would be due to an effort of Haye like proportions.:deal

Isn't Stevenson getting up there in yrs......and there's no denying that the man should really be fighting at 175. But his power translates better at the lesser wieght. How much longer can he cut wieght? IDK, but he's already like 35 or some ****.....not too much time to get better.:think

Did you just say that Golovkin has better footwork than Dirrell? I'll give you a chance to take that back.

    That looks great.

But will any of the fights we want to see actually get made?
