Ya I hear ya...Imma couple of years in myself. Your metabolism definitely starts showing some slippage.
Not great but still powerfull. Naturally heavy handed As far as i'm concerned Pac can fight Bradley whatever way he likes and win.
As far as him looking supposedly "lethargic"...does everyone know his routine during that time? Do they know what his daily/weekly grind was at that time? Was this at the start, the middle, or end of his training and/or workout? It all matters. It's all about building yourself up to the point of your peak by fight-time. Which can include, the physical body. You don't have to be ripped all the way through. You can have a little bit of extra fat on your body to be used as energy to burn off while doing such intense training. Without the fat, maybe, just maybe, you can cost yourself muscle and energy loss. It will be burned off through the course of training.
i really dont like you and i dont know why maybe its your stupid name caelum but whatever it is i want to slap you in the face. but you make some pretty good posts/
Finally I think pylometrics is one of the reason why Pac is explosive in his impressive fights, he did that first in the Diaz fight, the last time he did that was in the Cotto fight..
Another ignorant noob/alt post. Only a ****ing idiot is going to dissect the way he hits the pad at the beginning of camp. :deal
LOL @ all these people thinking pad work is actually good for something other than 'strategy'. It's really just for show. Staying active and sparring are the most key things in a boxer.
Um!!! did anyone notice that Bob Arum said for the past 2 years team pac has agreed to take any and all test ??? So as Arum states 2010 pac was ready to take full random blood & urine test:-( I dont remember it that way. Floyd: I will not put my life on the line against this midget. He can't even hit the pad and that is risking my health.
