Do you mind if I ask how you came about it? And whether you'd know where to find it?

Theres loads of guys without footage, I think theres only two small clips of Bivins on Youtube. I'm guessing the footage of these guys got destroyed somehow or someone is sitting on it. i refuse to believe that there is no footage of some of the best boxers at that time yet they would go out and record lesser fights.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda, etc. The fact remains there are no known existing fight films of
    Harry Greb - 300
    Jack Britton-344
    Maxie Rosenbloom- 299 fights
TOTAL-943 recorded fights, and NO FILM of their 943 fights exist today...
WHY ? Who knows, but it isvwhat it is...
P.S. I have my own boxing mystery that I never solved and never hope to...I accept it...

I actually tend to think that Greb looked a lot like Calzaghe at his best, busy swarming punches that, while not jawbreakers, disrupted and accumulated and thoroughly frustrated an opponent. It's a rare capacity of reflexes and speed to pull off that style.

Greb seems to have been one elusive with elite level foot movement and most writeups paint him as someone who could punch relentlessly whilst avoiding punches himself. Without footage though it's anyone's guess.

Rosenbloom seems to be similar in writeups to calzaghe.

I feel he's quite overrated though because of rose tinted glasses. I don't think i'd call him a great lhw anyways.

Luf, any fighter that could beat a PRIME John Henry Lewis three times, has to have been a damned good fighter, let alone fight the VERY best of the BEST in a 299 fight career, kod only once by a possible low blow by Britain's Tommy Milligan...Rosenbloom fought everyone of note, and ducked NO ONE....There is nothing "rose tinted" reading his boxing record...
A RUGGED, unorthodox cutey was Maxie Rosenbloom...Which LH in recent years could fight 299 bouts against the very best, and prosper ? Let us give credit to the hardy fighters of bygone as Rosenbloom, Greb, Walker, Len Harvey, Jock McAvoy, John Henry Lewis, etc..They were hard men in less pampered times, fighting OFTEN against the very best, not like a Floyd
Mayweather and others...My generation growing up and ther era before me
earned their reputation the right way, and not by rose tinted glasses...Cheers...

There does in fact exist film of some of Rosenbloom's fight. However, Steve Lott mentioned to me that it is in private hands and that the owners have no intention of releasing it to the public.
