It isn't. It's a bigger stretch to say he'll be a top ten ATG heavyweight than it is to say he won't be anything special. However negative you perceive it, that's the way it is.

I think he's one of the most promising fighters coming through. But he's only beaten Sam Sexton. A bit of perspective wouldn't go astray.

Can't think of any other big heavies that have gone on to do well after being brutally stopped in 2 rounds

Well, no. MAybe you're just a nut-hugger riding the bandwagon of this obvious hype job who has no talent other than a pretty powerful right hand.

Here is the real deal: Anthony Joshua, a British fighter who actually has talent to go along with the hype. After he wins the gold medal in London this summer, he'll probably dominate the HW division as a pro.

    I agree.

We will soon see him getting KO'd without headgear on.

And Jack Johnson had a glass jaw because he was KTFO twice in the early goings, and Jack Dempsey, too, as he was KO'd in 1 just a couple years before winning the title, and Joe Louis of course, was down many, many times, and Marciano was put down by Walcott and Lightheavy Moore, so glass there, and Patterson was completely china-chinned and Ali was nearly KO'd by Cooper, put down by Sonny Banks, and Holmes was KO'd twice in the amateurs by Nicky Wells... ad nauseum...

It's amazing what can be accomplished with all these glass jaws.

I think amateur videos show zero perspective.

Sonny Liston was another china chinned disgrace. KO'd by former middleweight Leotis Martin and the phantom punch of feather-fisted Cassius Clay. It goes even much further back. John L. Sullivan was KO'd by the dandy, light-hitting Corbett, who had a glass body that was shattered by Fitzsimmons. Who in turn got his china obliterated by Jim Jeffries. It goes on...

He has a good chance to win in the Olympics, I wouldn't count on it, though.
