Ali has a more stand up style that will work against him against a bigger guy. Frazier will slip the jab and come over with the left hook :). That's how I see it :)

There are only about 9 or 10 heavyweights in history who could beat Vladimir. The great Muhammad Ali is one of them.

Not being able to put the Sanders fight into its true perspective means you are watching the wrong sport too.

Ali wears him down and ends it before 12.

Wlad doesn't have the chin to take the eating he would get in the latter rounds.

Ali is the most historically overrated fighter of all time. Taking a realistic perspective is usually thrown out the window the second people start talking about Ali.

Example most people hate to think about:
    Holmes > Ali

So I don't know who would win, but Wlad would give him a great fight.

how is holmes better than ali tho? i am open for opinions but based on resume or on tape i don't see how holmes is better in many ways other then power and jab.

In a three fight scenario Ali wins 2 and Wlad 1, I think all would be on points.

Someone mentioned Frazier having a better chance against Wlad then Ali I think Wlad would beat and KO Frazier everytime no matter how many times they fought.

Ali would have played it safe and did a lot of dancing and jabbing from long range. I don't think he'd take the chance of opening up against Baby Brother early. Too risky.

I like Ali over 12 rounds because of his speed and agility. I think Ali may have been history's greatest heavyweight.

PRIME Ali would slice up Wlad and say nighty night to Wlad in 10 or less.

Ali and Wlad are two of my favorite fighters and I respect Wlad's technical style and ability. His balance, movement, defense, focus and precision are impressive..

Ali had quicker movement and hands than guys half his size, plus a legendary chin.

Wlad would be too slow to keep up. Ali dances around, landing jabs and occasional flurries and pulls the decision easily.

I don't think it would even be close. It would look like Pernell Whitaker vs. Arthur Abraham.
