was it really unexpected that he knocked out Green?

This fight really proves nothing other then he did the expected against a washed up, very faded Green. .

Kessler is like Judah, he can fight his way into a big match, just to disappoint his fans. Kessler will buckle once he moves up and gets in the ring with a live fighter. .

    quote me on that

so who does Kessler have to worry about now?

there's no Pacquiao or Mayweather at 175, Ward is sticking at 168, Dawson's probably moving down...

I thought he would win it but the ko punch surprised me. I alway thought Kessler's limitation was his straight striking of the left jab and right, but he showed a powerful hook and a also a trouble some jab to the body. I think he can do well the LHW. He and Hopkins would make a good money fight.

Green is a bum. He never looked good except against C- competition.

Couple things. Kessler is a good fighter, Green is not. Kessler was dropped by Green in the first round that was shocking and it was shocking that he was able to KO green that early too. So not really much change about Kessler base on this fight since he did awful and great in four rounds.

green wasn't faded, he sucked from the beginning. he doesn't belong in the ring with the elte at 168 and 175. kessler is like judah? how? that's a terrible comparison. mikkel kessler gives a valiant effort every time out, win or lose. the only time that was not the case came as a result of andre ward's sublime tactics in the ring.

Still, a knockout like the one he got against Green can't help but make people excited. I don't think anyone is overrating the win, they are just giving due props for a great punch.

Green dropped his guard hand to throw his own hook. How many opponents will be that accommodating? How bad was Green's attention that he never even saw that punch coming? He was locked on what he was going to do.
