    - actually cleaning the sport is more important than cleaning up the image of the sport. clean up the sport and the image comes with it.
    - there is no 'as clean as possible', you're either clean or not.

no one gives a **** after a fight is over, its always in the past and they look forward to the next.

    cleaning up the sport?

    horrible judges.
    horrible refs
    corrupt ABC organizations
    17 weight divisions
    no boxer pensions
    **** matchmaking 28-0 guy vs 12-34-5 guy

but lets worry about extra testing all of the sudden :patsch

To play devils advocate - not being able to train effectively and entering the ring than 100% with an injury.

    PEDS would prevent this

    OP is stupid...

Never been tested positive with decent tests ≠ being 100% clean.
In that case a lot of known cheaters in other sports have been 100% clean too. (Ask Marion Jones for instance)

How about they put up a Sticky that explains OSDT so the morons on here stop deluding themselves about what proper drug testing is!

I am certainly not convinced that anybody is 100% clean, especially May.

How May can talk about 'cleaning up the sport' when he didnt even fight JMM with equal weights is beyond me. He is so full of dog ****, no-one knows when he is lying or not.

    :D

We need the extra testing in the fight to stop fighters taking PEDs anything which makes it harder from them using it is a good move and a step in the right direction.

I'm glad you started the post with "highly doubt" instead of just claiming he is 100% clean. But then you ruined it by saying he's clean because of something that hasn't even happened yet. You are sure JMM would take the test? Therefore he is clean? Let's wait for that to happen first and we'll meet back here to discuss.

Pacquiao's did mention something about it like I already said above and Marquez held a press conference (not sure if he held it or if it was for the fight) and he said he was willing to undergo any type of test the Pacquiao camp wanted

I highly doubt Paul Williams is a user, but I can't ever be sure. I say get rid of these PED junkies because they tarnish all the guys that are fighting straight up and make everyone question the whole world of boxing. F**k these damn drug users! Be a man and train hard and fight straight up!
