    He's "tentative"

If he was positive he could beat Pac, he would face him the way he is. JMM didn't give a ****. And neither did many others.

But Floyd has much more to lose. He has his "O" to lose and his argument for being #1 of his era.

And that's why I would like Pac to just take the test in his fights without Floyd and see what happens. If Floyd uses the Money reason...then its not going to look good for Floyd depending on what the offer is. If the offer is deemed fair by some 3rd party group that comes in and reviews the numbers...cool.

Pac's in a bit of an easier position because he has losses on his records. He has been KO'd, lost to Morales, and has disputed fights with JMM. And although he is regarded as a top 1 or 2 P4P fighter...if he were to lose to Floyd it wouldn't matter as much as Floyd losing to him.

So what does Floyd want: A guarantee that Pac's success is "clean." So just take to test and not just say you will. Let's clear one thing up at least.

Torecampo, Singsurat, Morales and Marquez fought and beat Pacquiao without the test. Floyd is like a dog tucking his tail inside his butt.

It was the urine test that caught Peterson and Berto. It was the same random urine test Pacquiao took when he was in the Philippines 1-2 years ago at the height when Floyd accused Pacquiao was on PED. Guess what? Pac passed it with flying colors.

Lots of pro boxers struggle with brain injuries at advanced age. Pac at his best steamrolled top opponents like De La Hoye. Floyd took the safe option and stalled the fight, so yeah, I think he was scared, and I dont fault him for it. He has given us so many good fights anyway. Other top fighters has also ducked each other to avoid taking punishment, and I think it is undestandable. Who wanna have a ****ing Parkinson?

And how can pacfans support a boxer who is known to be a cheater by getting into a fight whilst putting his opponent at a severe disadvantage?

I remember Pacquiao saying he would take a shorter percentage to make the fight happen when Mayweather was supposed to go to jail. and i remember Mayweather's sentenced being pushed back and him asking for the fight to happen as soon as Pacquiao said that

I used to think he was scared. In fact i thought he was terrified of loosing his zero.

However, hes coming to fight lately. If the money is right, he will take the fight.

Yeah, because we all know 'lesser purse'=0% of the PPV and foreiting potential tens of millions..

it was irrelevant anyway, quoted by a filipino journalist not official, other issues came up which Mayweather also demanded and Pacquiao said officially regarding negotiations it had to be 50-50 on his site and personally to Floyd on the phone.

He's since said on camera he'd be willing to take a lesser gauranteed purse than Floyd but the PPV had to be 50-50. *****s keep beating a dead horse with this rubbish that he'd take less..he says he'll take less now, but he won't be ripped off on the PPV which he will be half-responsible for generating it's buys

You probably haven't seen his latest rant on PAC video.

Floyd: No money is worth my health and stop forcing me to fight PAC.

Yeah cuz taking a smaller purse is the same as letting someone rip you off right? Stop being such a ******, you know Floyd's offer was/is bull****.
