The guy is clearly the 3rd best heavyweight in the world right now. In a division full of fat slobs, Haye is extremely well conditioned. He is very athletic, has blistering hand speed, and has knock out power in either hand. I know he hasn't built up a huge list of wins, but other than Wlad and Vitali, who has these days? I don't see one fighter other than the klit brothers being able to survive David Haye's firepower today. Solis? He looked like a fat pig the other night Povetkin? too slow and robotic Adamek? Not nearly athletic enough to cope with Haye Pulev? too slow Helenius? way to easy to hit Fury? Too green Thompson? Too old Mitchell? Not ready Chisora? Doesn't have the tools Kingpin Johnson? More bark than bite Price? Too raw Boystov? Does he even care?
Sounds good. Sadly Haye is not as confident in himself as his wishful fans are. When will he actually fight a guy who is not shot or involved in a fixed fight(Audley).
Price too raw?..... Haye > KD by Mormeck Haye > beat a massively shot Ruiz Haye > arguably lost to Valuev the statue Haye > dominated by Wladimir. Price beating McDermott alone is better than Ruiz and Valuev.
I don't like Haye, but I will admit he is capable of beating any HW in the world not named Klitschko.
Agreed mate, I find it laughable that some people believe that Adamek beats Haye. Although I think Chisora will beat Haye.
also Mitchell will never be ready He loses to Haye, he loses to Adamek, he loses to Chisora, he loses to Fury probably, he doesn't beat any of these man any any point in there careers with the exception of the two men who fought in the lower weights, who still would probably have messed him up in sparring.
And beating Mcdermott better than Valuev and Mandatory Ruiz, pmsl, sure Haye's win over Polish national hero Tomazs Bonin should not be overlooked :nono On a serious note coming up from cruiser and going to fight Valuev in Germany is an acheivement n takes balls, he is an awkard fighter, neither of the brothers have even fought him (for whatever reason...)
