I really dont think it would.

 

Khan would stop Cotto, Cotto is there for the taking, Khan's speed and workrate and movement would be too much for this version of Cotto.

Plus Khan won't carry him, Khan would stop him late, Cotto has a poor defence, and can't deal with fast hand speed.

 

So everybody in here thinks they are better thinkers than Roy is.. Good!!!!!!!

 

The interview was good, but I kept wanting to hear what Roy had to say more than Paulie. Not that Paulie doesn't know what he is talking about, but Roy is great, and I always want to see great fighters talk about current events.

Cotto defense is better than Khan's defense and Cotto's punches hurt a lot more than Khan's punches and Cotto's chin is better than mini Khan's.

 

Cotto can't deal with fast handspeed both Manny and Floyd proved this, Khan is faster than both.

Cotto looks like a lost pup in there with fast guys.

 

I agree than Khan's speed and jab would give Floyd problems but Floyd is the best in the game when it comes to making adjustments on the fly. Floyd would back Khan up and would dominate him on the inside. Competitive early but late stoppage by Floyd.

 

Khan cant fight on the inside for ****, and cant fight going backwards for ****.

Cotto aint comin back to 147lbs, and theres no way in hell Khan stands a chance at 154lbs against Miguel.

If we're talking the 147lbs version of Cotto from '06-'09, Miguel would end Khan's career.

Cotto pisses all over Khan.

Khan barely made it past maidana and peterson but floyd should be worried about a khan fight. Khan hasn't even fought at 147 yet and he's got no inside fighting skills.

I'm a huge khan fan and have seen all his fights but i know his weakness's and he's so readable. He has a good body shot and dropped maidana and peterson with it early on, khan comes out fast and fighters are just not ready for that speed but after a few rounds they figure him out and those who were KD early start to put pressure on khan and turn the tables on him, this is because he's easy to time. Floyd would time that speed for fun and walk khan down and trap him on the inside and beat him down. Floyd could stop khan. Speed is just not enough, people give speed to much credit. Without speed tell me were khan beats floyd?

 

I wonder if Cotto would last as long as Judah did against Khan :think
