We can say that thing on Bradley, he has never faced someone like Pac.. :deal While Pac on the other hand have faced guys like Ricky Hatton, who's style is slightly similar with Bradley.. The only difference is that Hatton punches harder.. :smoke
I don't think they will stop the fight.. :think And if they go for a technical decision, who wins? :smoke
I really like Timothy Bradley, but I fear that he hasn't a clue about how to handle someone like the Pacman. Let's start with the basics: Power and Speed. Bradley has never faced anyone with such a combination of power and speed and, frankly, neither has any active welterweight today. The Pacman is in a class with Leonard and Duran, and these guys come along soooooo seldom. So, Bradley is about to see something new and quite frightful and quite different from anyone he's faced before. Next is punches: Bradley is not even on the same level as Pacman. All of Bradleys hard shots are looping lefts and rights that will not keep Pacquiao from coming up the middle and blasting him. These looping punches may be effective against a Cassamayor or Peterson, but they won't faze the Pacman - Pacquao will know how to defend against them. Then...there's Bradley's Jab: there really isn't much of one to speak of compared to Pacquiao. There is no way Bradley will open a hole or keep the Pacman off of him with his relatively weak jab. Last is Bradley's Defense - it's unremarkable at best and will never stad up to Pac's pinpoint shots and combinations. Pacman by KO.
you quoting that dumb comment made by roach saying hatton and bradley are similar. They have only one thing in common, they come forward, they got a different defense, bradley has much better footwork and uses angles better, hatton will fight you toe to toe. Bradley sets traps and counter punches. Hatton walks straight forward in to punches. Hatton doesn't jab and he is a good KO fighter bradley is the opposite. They are nothing a like. You must not know how bradley or hatton fight. who don't you know is it bradley? or hatton? or both? all you can say is pac has power and speed bradley has never faced before. You never said skills because pac's are not better than bradley's. If bradley had pac's speed and power this fight would have pac as the underdog. Pac has seen skills as good as bradley's and when he has, he has not faired so well. First skills can match speed and power, bradley has faced very quick speed before when he fought peterson who was not much slower than khan in there fight. Holt had one punch KO power and is one of the hardest hitters i the sport, bradley took his best punches and got up and out boxed him and battled with him. Bradley did exactly what a champion does in the event that you get knocked down in a fight. He has proved he can handle speed and he can handle power and not he gets a chance to prove he can handle both together. Bradley never failed a test yet and he has more boxing skills and better footwork than pac and he can do what marquez did and beat pac in the footwork battle and circle around pac and keep him punch output low. Pac is a dart straight forward style of fighter. He's not as good with the angles as his fans think. He's combinations are the same patterns and they end with pac being in the same position at the end of them, they are readable. JMM has got them well figured out and has shown even at his old age with his slow body he can neutralize pac. Even shot mosley did a decent job of it. Then you speak of pac's defense like it's quality. It's consists of a high guard and head movement. Bradley has a way better defense. He parry's punches. Pac hasn't been throwing out much combinations in his last two fights and that is due to his opponents better footwork now he's facing bradley who has better footwork than mosley and marquez and even pac, how's pac gone a throw a high amount of combo's unless bradley's turns it in to one of those fights and if bradley isn't winning he will adjust and change up the fight. Which is something pac can't do. Pac's not had a good training camp and from his last performance i don't expect him to look his best.
Well no, I don't.. I have my own way of looking at things.. And I know both.. They are similar in a way thay they both like pushing forwards and brawl.. Hatton's got more power and more devastating body blows while Bradley just makes a fight looked ugly and is very awkward.. :deal You act like you know both fighters better.. Interesting.. :smoke Bradley is never better than Pac in any category? Bradley's best punch is his right straight counter punch.. Manny has fought guys who could bring more than that..You think Morales is a bad fighter? Barrera? Hatton? Cotto? And Bradley will do the JMM game-plan? JMM's game-plan is to keep away from Pac's powerful punches, to end the fight without getting knocked down, same as Mosley's.. To get away from Pac's relentless offense.. You thought it was a brilliant idea for SSM to keep on running? There's no way Bradley will run to survive, he may as well suffer a KO loss than to do it.. Then let's see if Bradley can parry Pac's punches (I seriously doubt it).. Morales was taking Pac to school for the first couple of rounds.. Pacquioa adjusted and made it a more competive fight during the later rounds.. :deal Pacquioa had problems on Cotto's jab and reach advantage.. He lost round 1 there.. Got better on round 2, then take over the fight for the next rounds.. :deal Pac's original game-plan on his third meeting against JMM was to counter-punch.. He was effective and was leading 3 rounds to 1 at the end of round 4.. Pac adjusted because he wants the fight to be more exciting.. He gave JMM what he prepared for and still won the fight.. In short, Pac can adjust.. :deal
