What the hell is wrong with Juan Marquez

Does this guy want to fight anyone not named Manny Pacquiao? Judah, no. Rios, no. Manny should get a restraining order against Marquez, he's fixaxted on him. For the record, there should be no fourth fight. The third fight, I had no interest in. This fight may defy expectations and be different than the previous ones but so what, they need to go their own way. Marquez has no other way to go so he's tied to Pacquiao despite 'beating' him. :bart

That means he did not beat pacquiao. deep in his heart he was that close but did not get the "W".

Exactly, Pac is satisfed that they'll always be competitive. Marquez keeps chasing the fight like a jilted lover, makes him look bad and takes away his negotiating leverage. Pac is fighting Bradley a pfp top 20. Marquez is barely fighting top 20's in his own division. Just sad on Marquez to waste his last years pining for his phillipine crush:-(

I can see why Marquez wants the fight he feels he won and so do most people anyway, such as a lot of boxers posted on there twitter and facebook that they felt Marquez won and most poll have Marquez win at a higher percentage.

Also if he had of been given the official win he feels he deserve's he would probably become a much bigger draw, such as when Floyd and Pacquaio beat Oscar De la hoya.

Marquez is money hungry. What the hell is Judah going to bring him when he has already tasted the Pacquiao money.

Not to mention, Pac was easy work for Marquez. Why wouldn't Marquez go after that easy payday?

No one cares about your interest. The third fight made $1.4million PPV buys so obviously a lot of people(myself included) are interested. With the third fight being competitive, a fourth fight is definitely going to attract the same if not more.

FUnny thing is IF Pac beats Bradley impressively, and that's a big IF, than Mayweather and him will probably fight later this year and maybe rematch later next year. Which means Marquez may have to wait a year and half to fight Pac. Marquez needs to make his own career fights, independent of Pac. If he beat Alexander, Alvarado, Rios, he'd beat on the level of Pac and Mayweather, which he isn't which is why he's waiting around. Pac doesn't wait, he took on Bradley who's better than any Marquez opponent other than Pac of course and Mayweather who beat the s out of Marquez.

Whether anyone thinks he won or lost vs Pacman is a neverending debate. What we do know is each time they fight another classic is being born. At Marquez's age and coming up in divisions to fight Pacman that's a balsy move. If anything Jmm deserves as many superfights as possible before we lose another living legend to retirement. A retirement Pacman was supposed send Marquez to. Didn't happen.

It means he wants money and lots of it. Can you blame him? It also means he could become a PPV star if or when he beats Pac officially. He's never going to beat Floyd. Cotto is too big of a jump. Marquez, as great as he is, does not get half of the credit he deserves. Getting a win over Pac on paper would change that.

JMM is the BEST Mexican fighter today. Yet he pales in comparison to Canelo in regards to star power. And you question why JMM wants to officially beat Pacquiao?

He's pretty much done it all and the only win that's gonna enhance his legacy by a substantial amount is pac, as well as making a lot of money for it. As simple as that.

Is there ANY evidence that Marquez turned down Judah? Last I heard Judah demanded too much or Top Rank offered too little.

I get your point. But you cant win by just simply getting knocked down, getting out punched in the third fight or getting the sympathy from people because you are the under dog.

He got the cleaner punches in the third. but still he got out punched, out powered and stupidly slowed down and followed his coach on the later rounds.

4th fight fight is still the same. Close one but what if pac becomes aggressive again?
