They were different dates and fights, Floyd first wanted full testing untill the fight but settled for 14 days as Pacquaio didn't to be tested close to the fight.

After in was declined by Manny Pacquaio, Floyd then took that offer of the table and wanted it up to the fight, but Pacquaio then wants 14 days what the offer is anymore.

    Those were seperate negotions.

The most recent one is both teams faults between the date of the fight, money (I don't think Floyds' offer was fair) and where the fight the fight takes place.

That would be ideal. However this is boxing.

If random testing 2 weeks from a fight is sufficient, then make the fight.

What is about random testing which *******s seem to fail to understand.

Nobody is saying you will get tested 3 days before the fight. The whole point is you dont know when the cut off will be.

Yeah, not disputing this. But the point remains, anytime Pac agreed to something, Floyd changed it up.

What is it about you Floyd fanatics, maybe you should catch up. Testing isn't even an issue anymore.

It is funny how Victor Conte almost destroyed baseball and yet people are still worried about what this fool is talking about.

Conte is talking specifically about anabolic steroids. They are not the only PEDs. As I understand it, EPO and various stimulants can be used right up to and during performance.

I'm not saying pac is cheating, but if anything, I would say PAC looks to be blood doping using ESAs. The man never gets tired and has amazing recovery/punch resistance. Increased red blood cell count/oxygen delievery could account for this.

He didn't destroy anything. If athletes stuck to the rules, he would be out of business.

u do realize that when u negotiate and u refuse an offer and than come back months later asking for that same offer u got to understand that offer that u were given a few months back is not gonna b on the table anymore. its commen business once u refusee the offer changess. and thats how it workss in every case. so to sum it up manny was to late on that offer and should have never refused
