bodyheadic : Bute will get off to a headstart landing crisp combos and moving while thwarting Froch's awkward style. Will have to weather a late storm by Froch but will take a clear decision, if Nottingham allows it.

C'mon guys I know there are other fighters who gave their thoughts on Bute vs Froch but I don't remember them right now.

 

He knows fine well Bute's the only money fight at 168.If(when:hey) Froch wins Ward will be toiling.

 

Bold predictions aside, I think we're gonna have a great second half of the first round... minute and a half to throw some jabs, then I'm sure they'll get right down to it.

EDit : oh nevermind, he picked Kessler to beat Green and then hoped Kessler & Froch would rematch. :hat it was on the scene.

 

I only remember him saying something about wanting Kessler to win for the possibility of a Froch rematch.

They asked but Pascal reply was something like it's 50/50 and Froch is not the same guy he fought years ago... fading etc. making Bute slightly favorite even if he said something else prior to that. I'll try to search for the quote

 

They did. He said Bute could win because he has the right tools for the job, but that it's going to be a huge challenge for him to fight in the FM arena, whatever all of that means from Pascal who actually compared the Froch he fought to the Froch Bute will fight on Saturday (basically saying the Froch from '08 was hungrier).
