So would Vitor stuff Wanderlei in a minute like last time?

I mean, Vitor is still the quick handed power puncher that he usually is.

Wand maybe much more experienced now but he's much further down the bend due to the punishments he's taken.

I like Wand, but I feel that Vitor will always give him trouble, even the Pride version.

I can“t see a way to Wanderlei win this fight.....
Vitor is past prime, but defnitely even so is in a different level than current Wanderlei.....

There was no doubt in my mind Leben was going to knock out Wanderlei early in the first, there's no doubt Vitor will also do it. This is a mismatch of epic proportions, and the fact that its the main event of a PPV UFC card is nothing short of a sham.

The card isn't even that good overall, Aldo/Koch should not've been bumped for the next UFC, it made logical sense to put it there.

Maybe not in one minute - but Vitor HAS knocked out everyone he's fought over the past three or four years with the lone exception of Anderson Silva. once he finds his range on Wanderlai he will put him out.

I don't think Wanderlei is as shot as everyone says. He's showed staying power and new life in his UFC career with wins over Bisping, Cung le and of course his KO of Jardine who recently fought to a draw with Mousasi who was at one point rated P4P on this forum.

Perhaps not in under a minute, but surely in the first round. The first good shot by Belfort should be all it takes.

Let's not overlook the fact that Mousasi very clearly beat Jardine. That draw was a joke.

i agree with this. hes also adapted his style and is using his brain and showing more patience instead of just rabid dog fury.
The only real decline i think hes had is in his chin. dont get me wrong im not saying the guy is in his prime but i think if you matched the wanderlei of ten years ago against the wanderlei of today it would still be a pretty close fight.

No. He still fights like a pleb, there's no question. The way he fought against Leben and Le were both amateurish. He doesn't stand a cat in hells chance.

Once Vitor throws his first flurry, the fight will end.

If he wants to, he could end it in a good 15 seconds.

That's what I fear for Wand, Vitor seems capable of ending it any second.

All it will take is for Wand to engage with some punches.

Once he does, Vitor will respond.

I love Wand, but I wouldn't be shocked if he goes out from a glancing blow.

I'd luv the see Wandy win this but his chin is gone..........he was getting rocked by half hits that Le landed on him........Victor still carries good power & his chin is still failry solid. C'mon Wandy!

Probably not at quick as the last time but he'll stop silva again.
